The Rules and Regulations of the Ledgemere Country Condominium Association are adopted by the Board of Governors under the condominium By-Laws and the Massachusetts Condominium Act (M.G.L. c. 183A). The current version, revised March 31, 2021, is recorded at the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
The rules work alongside the community's Master Deed and By-Laws, which also contain provisions about the use and occupancy of the condominium. All residents, including tenants and guests, are expected to follow them. The Board may update the rules from time to time.
